Aaron Mishael, the Principal of Piccard Financial, embarked on his real estate career at a young age, immersing himself in the fundamentals of investing under the guidance of his father.

He pursued his studies at Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon Chabad — West Coast Rabbinical Studies, attaining his Rabbinical Ordination in Jewish Law in 2019. Upon rejoining the firm, Aaron assumed direct responsibility for spearheading Piccard's investment activities — orchestrating the acquisition, financing, and disposition of multi-family, retail, industrial, and land assets collectively valued at over $100 million.

Aaron's commitment extends beyond his clients and investors. He firmly believes in community and charity as fundamental pillars of the firm's ethos.

Andrew Sawyer, Principal and Head of Capital Markets, is a real estate investment professional known for his forward-thinking approach, market foresight, and ability to establish genuine relationships with his clients. In early 2023, Andrew played a pivotal role in spearheading the re-launch of Piccard's debt and equity practice.

He began his career as a capital markets analyst, working on roughly $500 million of executable transactions for a prominent middle-market firm in Los Angeles. He rose to Associate and became the youngest Director in the firm's history, advising on debt and equity across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.

The firm's clientele today ranges from institutional and sub-institutional investors to private family offices and entrepreneurial sponsors. Andrew holds a B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
